Select orders and use bulk or barcode actions

Information, statuses and handoffs
The vendor supplies the merchant context and recipient information, while the company and its assigned operational teams process the shipment. Check the customer phone, address, product quantities and amounts before sending an order into operations. A correctly entered address does not replace the organizational and route assignment shown on the shipment.
Order views include validation, transit, hub handling, roadmap or pickup work, delivery, completion and return stages. Suspended, canceled and deleted views identify different exceptions. The status history matters: two orders with similar customer information may be separate shipments at different stages. Use the barcode as the primary reference when contacting another team or asking the assistant for an exact page.
In forward bag preparation, only orders in transit or in hub are eligible. Return bags accept the supported in-hub and return stages. The order must belong to the bag’s company, match any assigned destination agency, have no current bag and be held at the bag’s preparation location. If a parcel fails these checks, inspect its current assignment instead of changing unrelated information to force it into a bag.
Steps
- Filter the list to the intended status, vendor, state, transporter or attempt count. Select individual rows or use the page checkbox; the page checkbox applies to the currently displayed rows.
- Review the selected count. Where offered, Select all matching expands the selection beyond the current page using the active filters. Narrow the filters if the selection exceeds the 2,000-order limit. Clear selection before beginning unrelated work.
- Choose the available bulk action: status, transporter assignment, note or deletion. Read the eligible count, unavailable records and reasons in the review. Some status choices require a transporter; assignment can distinguish pickup from delivery.
- Confirm only after checking the target status or person and any tariff-recalculation option. Review the result and any remaining selected records; successful records can be removed from the selection while other records remain for attention.
- For barcode entry, choose the mode before scanning. Selection mode finds the barcode or merchant reference on the currently loaded page. An operational mode submits the available action for an eligible record; it is not merely a search. Read the success or error feedback after each scan.
Good to know
Changing filters or status view clears the selection. Barcode selection cannot prove that a record is absent from other pages or outside the current filters. Archived and deleted views offer different capabilities; do not assume every bulk action is available there.
